CBC Radio-One has Routes-Montreal, a monthly show in English and with live World Music bands. It is aired the first Saturday of every month at 5PM EST. The host in Dan Behrman. Dan also has 3 shows on Espace musique, Radio-Canada's new channel. The 2 hour shows per week are in in French: Friday (Blues), Saturday (World & World-Jazz) & Sunday (Jazz & Contemporary Acoustic Music) from 8PM to midnight EST. Global Village. The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) produces the Global Village radio show which is broadcast across Canada on CBC Radio One. Global Village is a weekly one-hour program that combines reports from both professional and amateur journalists in the field with short features and disc spins.
